The Southwest Michigan Relationship-Centered Care Network is for individuals and organizations inside and outside the healthcare field who recognize the potential of relationship-centered care.There are presently no dues or requirements to join the network

We invite you to join us in promoting relationship-centered care throughout Southwest Michigan. Please consider how your interest and commitment might be invigorated and enhanced through your involvement in the Network.
