LEARNING FROM RCC SUCCESS STORIES
We will draw lessons from two more finalists for the Fetzer Institute
2001 Norman Cousins Award. Implementing & Measuring Outcomes of
Relationship-Centered Care documents bottom-line outcomes for three
hospitals that have made an organizational commitment to RCC. Closer to
home, we will learn about the Parish Nurse Program of Holland
Community Hospital. Please note new starting time of 5:15 for light
dinner and 6PM for group activities at the Fetzer Institute Retreat
Center, Seasons: A Center for Renewal. $5 dinner donation requested,
